We have over 70 advanced CNC machining and turning centers to accommodate tolerances to +/- .00005″, and our machining and assembly expertise covers materials including titanium, stainless steel, cobalt chrome, PEEK™, Ultem™, Torlon®, and UHMW polyethylene.

Machining

CNC Mill/Turn

  • Swiss Style — up to 7-axis capability. Lathes with sub-spindles. Diameters from 3.2mm up to 32mm. Machined finishes to 10 Ra. Tolerances to +/- .0001″.
  • Conventional Fixed — up to 9-axis capability. Autoload 2 1/2″ bar feeders. Diameters from 1/8″ up to 1 5/8″. Secondary operation lathes with diameters to 8″.

CNC Multi-Axis Milling

  • Horizontal and vertical machining centers up to 5-axis capability. Work envelope from 17 3/4″ x 15 3/4″ x 22 3/4″ to 28″ x 20″ x 17″. High capacity tool magazines. Tolerances to +/- .0001″.

CNC Lathe Turning

  • Lathe turning with 2-axis capability. Autoload 1 5/8″ bar feeders. Diameters from 1/8″ up to 1 5/8″. Secondary operation lathes with diameters to 8″. Tolerances to +/- .00005″.

Wire EDM

  • Wire EDM with 4H technology and submersible rotary. Work envelope up to 12″ x 8″ x 6″. Tolerances to +/- .00015.
